In this week's Newsweek, Sarah Palin tells Peter J. Boyer why she thinks she can win in 2012. See more images from her cover shoot with photographer Emily Shur.
(Excerpt) Read more at thedailybeast.com ...
p.s. Don’t post more here; the Daily Beast is a Newsweak company and we can only post an excerpt. Probably only one photo is allowed.
grey_whiskers captioned her in this photo as “Our Lady of the Tundra.” Though current the photo is of a relaxed, seemingly much younger woman.
..........some idiot just bought Newsweek for one dollar...............I’ll buy it back from him for two bucks, he can then double his profits, and I will donate all pics to FR.......then close the magazine down forever.............there, problem solved!
If you haven’t looked at the 8 pics on the Daily Beast, I recommend you do. Wow! One problem newsweek has is that it is about impossible to take a bad picture of Sarah............as much as I know they try to.............
My favortie pic was number four on that link.
For others, the link is to the photos not the article which is published elsewhere on FR.
Well, you didn't post my favorite so here it is :-)
Not a girl anymore. A woman indeed.
Ha Ha Ha, yea, she ain’t running!
Like I really have to post the sarcasm tag.
Please, no more pictures! Go to the link or the Admin Mod would either delete the photos or worse pull the whole thread.
I agree with you. They could have used that one instead of the one they chose.
That idiot is the husband of Jane Harmon, former cogresscritter from California, He died in April at the age of 92.
Jane Harman Takes Late Husband Sidneys Board Seat at Newsweek Daily Beast
NEW YORK - Former Democratic Congresswoman Jane Harman is replacing late husband Sidney on the board of directors of the Newsweek Daily Beast Co., while IAC chairman Barry Diller has taken on Harmans role as executive chairman.
Since Newsweek is no longer part of the Washington Post news group, maybe they are trying to become more relevant.
Slim chance, I know, but just saying...
“You know, I rarely use the term bipartisanship, she said. I use the term independent...Seventy-three percent of Alaskans arent registered Republican or Democrat, theyre independent. Todds not a registered Republican. Most of the people I know, theyre independent people saying, Just use common sense.
Ever wonder why the Republican establishment doesn’t like her? Now you know.
Republican Party hierarchy is filling their britches at the thought of her running for President.
Just imagine the moaning and gnashing of teeth at Newsweak when the realize the sales of this copy probably end up at 4-5 times their normal rate.
The last time I bought a copy of that rag was when they devoted the whole issue to “How George W Bush Won”. I look forward to buying a similar issue in November of 2012.
Okay, okay. I’m convinced now. She’s really not running.
These photos are wonderful and she is very beautiful, but these poses appear to be designed for commercial material and not presidential hopes. I remember Putin in the outdoor photo shoot. Where did that go over well except for jokes? When “they” are after you anyway for questionable brains, why deliver proof and sell calendars shots?
I checked out the rest of the pics at the site. My goodness, that woman could make millions from simply modeling. -sigh-
