I do not believe she will run if Perry runs and every new candidate means an adjustment.
It's all about options at this point. I don't think she wants it because I don't think she can win and she knows it, too.
She's a great talker and spirited member of our country. My hat is off to her for her ability to rile folks. But it's not enough.
As I recently pointed out on another thread, there are two kinds of Palin naysayers:
1) those who dont want the truth to come out
2) those who think the truth cant come out.
The first group are the liars, the second are the ones who give up without a fight.
if Perry runs Palin will defintely run since Perry will take votes from bachmann and Mitt and give Palin a clear pathway to the nomination.
Palin has one of the strongest records in the gop field she is much more than a talker.
As for whether “she wants it” or not, from everything I've read or heard from the Governor, it's never been about her. It's about service to our Country, which is the way it should be. Far too many ambitious politicians have the wrong reasons for running for higher office.
As to whether Gov. Palin can win or should she just remain a cheerleader, either way she will be the focus of media attacks. By not running, candidates could (possibly) end up avoiding her just to avoid any negative publicity (as we know most/all of the declared candidates are intimidated by the media). Since the media is going to do what they're going to do, Palin’s strongest platform would be as a candidate.
Gov. Perry still hasn't announced his candidacy, and still might decide against. Interesting that he seems to be waiting for some reason. I'm still not convinced he really wants to put forth the effort it would take, and I wouldn't blame him for that. Either way, I don't see any big enthusiasm from voters awaiting his decision. I guess that could change.
