That's so true. As loopy as the Canadians can sometimes be (healthcare and, more recently, the Vancouver riots), Texas would be far better off if the borders were flipped in some bizarre twist of geography.

Will this scum's "Viva Mexico" become a rallying cry for the LULAC and La Raza constituency among us? NOPE! All pardons, paroles and commutations MUST be recommended from the Texas Board of Pardons & Paroles! The Governor does NOT have the authority to arbitrarily commute or pardon prisoners! The Governor can only give a one-time, 30-day reprieve to give the Pardons Board a chance to consider or re-consider a particular case!
