My stepfather was buried there 2 years ago, and my mother a few months ago.
This really hits home.

My parents taught me to pray to God from the time I can remember and I will continue to do so. NO ONE will ever tell me either that I cannot say the word God. Imagine...at a Vet cemetery? This woman has to be out of her freakin’ mind. NO ONE stands in OUR WAY of saying the word God and yes you are correct ... pray it. say it. scream it. yell it. etc.... this is the last straw when they want to think they can tell us when we can and can’t say God. Amen.

Another good quote from the Judge:
"The right to free expression ranges from the dignity of Abraham Lincolns speeches to Charlie Sheens rants....
Thompson told the pastor that the ceremony will commemorate veterans of all cultures and beliefs, and the tone of remarks must therefore be inclusive. The governments compulsion of a programs inclusion or exclusion of a particular religion offends the Constitution.
The Constitution does not confide to the government the authority to compel emptiness in a prayer, where a prayer belongs. The gray mandarins of the national government are decreeing how citizens honor their veterans. This is not a pick-up-your-trash sign; this is a we-pick-your-words sign. These people say that remarks need to be content-neutral messages. The men buried in the cemetery fought for their fellow Americans for us. In those fights, they were served by chaplains, chaplains of two faiths and many denominations, chaplains in the field."

Arleen Ocascio, director of the VA cemetery in Houston, has decided to take the Marxist Revolution a step further and has decreed that there will be no references to God or Jesus and that all ceremonies must be written and submitted to her for pre-approval. Ping for later

What is this BS!
When I did Honor Guard duties I would present the folded flag to the deceases next of kin with the words... I present this flag from a grateful nation as a token of your husband’s true and faithful service to his Country, May God Bless you, and your family, and May God Bless the United States of America.
This un-American,Bit*h needs to go, like yesterday!

If the Constitution doesn’t respect ‘’an establishment of religion’’ how then can it determine or dis-allow what can or cannot be said at a Veterans Administration run cemetrey?

Don’t hold your breath — she will probably be promoted. She may just be following orders.

A Judge had already issued an injunction. The Commie has until July 15th to respond.
I have been watching The Kennedy’s on netflix. The movie that got the boot from the history Channel.
Back then, our Government hated Commies. Kennedy tried to take out Castro twice. Castro got the last laugh.

F*** the B****, do it anyway. What is she going to do, refuse to bury the casket?
