I’m willing to wager those putrid trolls will eventually get the zot. They can’t help themselves from soiling threads.
As well they should. The behavior that some of them exhibit is frankly anti-social, and has no place on an adult forum.
I actually tried to reason with one of them the other day (I know, I know). My simple point to them was that most of us don't go out of our way to incessantly badger and insult those who support other candidates, by visiting those threads and posting mocking and demeaning things about those candidates.
I interact with supporters of other candidates on the forum, and do my best to convince them that my candidate is the better choice. I freely admit that I'll also frequently list off what I feel are the negative attributes of their candidate of choice, but the thing is, I don't feel compelled to open every thread devoted to news about another candidate, with the sole intention of posting nasty things about them.
That's trollish behavior, and I won't engage in it. I really wish that others would do the same. You've got disagreements with Governor Palin? Fine, let's talk about them. I really have no problem with that. Isn't that what the forum is here for?
