Bristol Palin: Michele Bachmann Stole My Mom's Look Bristol Palin seems to have no problem speaking her mind while promoting her book. First, she took a shot at Meghan McCain, then she told the press that her mom has already decided on whether she'll run for President or not. Now, she's saying that she thinks Michele Bachmann copped her mom's style. Recently, Bristol told a reporter: "I think she dresses a lot like my mom. But a lot, a lot of women have done that the last few years. I do think it's odd, you know, seeing people with red blazers with their hair up with glasses." Look, as much as we would love a new feud to follow we've got to disagree with you on this, Bristol. Sarah didn't invent the hair up while wearing glasses look. It's a classic for a reason (think sexy secretary or hot librarian). Also, a Republican wearing red? That's not exactly unique.

“Her mother should warn her about loose lips!”
As should all mothers of young daughters.
As much as Sarah Palin is likable, Bristol is not. I hope her mom keeps her under wraps. The little bits of interview that I heard from Bristol on Dancing with the Stars didn’t make her likable one bit. I kept looking for her to acknowledge her coach, or thank him just once, but she never did. Even if she didn’t like him personally, she should have been more professional.
Bristol vying for Megan McCain slot.
Headling could have read Bristol Palin Stole Megan McCain’s Tendency to Say Stupid Things
Picturs accurately reflect styles. Bachmann more of a dress chick. Palin in suits.
Wow, she is right up there with Megan McCain with that stuff.
Better yet:
Bristol Palin says mom has made presidential decision (June 28, 2011)
Sarah Palin contradicts Bristol Palin; Denies having made a decision (June 28, 2011)
Sounds like someone isnt ready to give us 'the news' yet. What a mystery :) No good MSM reporting Brisol's words, they are evil LOL.
Here’s the article from the reporter who says Bristol said this to him:

“I think she dresses a lot like my mom,” Bristol tells me. “But a lot, a lot of women have done that the last few years. I do think it’s odd, you know, seeing people with red blazers with their hair up with glasses.”
Bristol added a giggle before continuing her thought about Bachmann, a Congresswoman from Minnesota. “I don’t know if she’s wearing glasses but you want to be hummmm, do you think that people don’t notice you’re dressing like my mom?”
Really like those pearl necklaces and bracelet in picture next to bus. Verty tasteful. She doesn’t hide her femininity.
Palin is too plain Jane in comparison.

Both ladies have their own style. Sarah Palin isn’t plain-Jane, just outdoorsy and laid back. Michele Bachmann is a little more formal. Both of them look fabulous.
What's wrong with plain Jane. If you want slick go all the way and vote Romney.
Yes and Palin wears high heels, Bachmann not so much. I sometimes wish Bachmann would wear higher heels because she’s so short.
Pearl necklaces are a little too old ladyish for my tastes.
Palin must be wishing Bristol would be quite sometimes. LOL Wasn’t it yesterday or Monday when Bristol said her mom had made up her mind about running and then Sarah had to walk it back a bit, saying she’s still thinking about it?
To allow one's relatives to daily relieve themselves of insipid gossip in the pursuit of fame-by-association is certainly not an encouraging sign for anyone who hopes to be seen as a steady leader. Meghan McCain Syndrome was one of the worst things to emerge from the last, awful campaign season. Barack Obama was of course the worst of all, but at least he kept his family under control. Even Michelle knew to keep her yap closed; most of the time, anyway. Perhaps Rahm threatened to give her a smack in the chops if she went anywhere near Facebook.
Slightly O.T........
Sarah and Bristol will be at the Mall of America later this afternoon to sign their books together.
I am expecting mischief in the form of some whack-job with a sack of glitter.....
Divide and conquer is the oldest strategy in the book.
The MSM is just trying to divide tea party candidates so they will trash each other.
Sarah and Michelle are savvy enough to not take the bait. So the press turns to poor little Ed Rollins and Bristol Palin and dangles fresh meat in front of their faces.
A whole lot of Freepers can’t help themselves either.
Her mother should warn her about loose lips!
I think she did but the question becomes does it do any good?

JENKINS: Your daughter Bristol said you made a decision. Can you tell us what it is?
PALIN: I texted her and said, “Honey what did you say this morning on a news program?” She said mom you have to watch. You know how they make everything out of context. I said you remember: “What we say on the fishing boat stays on the fishing boat.”

“Nothing dealing with issues or Governor Palins positions on the issues.”
I agree with you but on the subject of Bristol Palin, I watched her interview with Sean Hannity a couple of nites ago and I thought she was exceptionally well versed, forthright, and mature there. I was impressed and she far exceeded my expectations there.
One, this whole thing is BS blown out of proportion by the media and gleefully posted by a notorious Palin hater.
Two, Bristol Palin is likeable. She was charming and natural on the Alaska show and modest and sweet on her Dancing with the Stars interviews.
I saw her on Hannity last night and, although obviously nervous, she was poised, well-spoken and quite beautiful.
Yes I’ve heard people were lining up early. Thank god I don’t need to be there as it will be nuts.
