FRiend, you have NO idea what you’re talking about. #1, I’m sure the producers are paying the city for the extra police, etc. #2, the police are not there primarily for Gov. Palin, they’re there for the hundreds of presstitutes and the SEIU types that will show up to cause trouble. How do I know that? So, all the sturm und drang in a tiny town makes sense? And you personally know “the producers” are paying?

The only framework this makes sense in is a “and the horse you rode in on” one. In the presence of a POTUS run this makes no sense at all, except from a really bizarre political “contra market” strategy.
