A neighbor had adopted a German Shepherd that was rescued from an abusive home where he was also severely malnourished. It was amazing how that dog bounced back, and not just physically. If he has the slightest hint that you like dogs, you are his friend.

The Bellflower resident was working as a kennel assistant at an Irvine veterinary hospital Simply amazing!
Suprised I haven't seen any posts yet, saying it was 'only a dog' and 'she has every right to do whatever she wanted with it, since it was her property'.
