Rick Perry reveals the aliens among us

Rick Perry may just be the guy. The country's longest tenured governor, from its second largest state, is generating a lot of buzz in conservative circles as he contemplates entering the wide open Republican presidential primary. There are plenty of reasons that Perry is an attractive option: he is a no-nonsense decision maker with solid conservative credentials. A man who not only speaks about family values, but lives them, Perry's power to persuade voters to see things his way is proven -- battle tested in a state known for independent-minded citizens.

But what serious political analysts on both sides of the aisle will acknowledge as perhaps Perry's strongest attribute heading into 2012 is the stark contrast that would be evident in a potential Perry-Obama showdown. While Republican frontrunner Mitt Romney capitulates to the left on global warming, refuses to sign a pro-life pledge, and ridiculously defends the RomneyCare failure in Massachusetts, the media is working overtime to tout their choice,

BTW, Ronaldus Magnus DID NOT RUN FOR POLITICAL OFFICE AS A DEMOCRAT.

People who are not politicians are not capable of being RINOs. You gotta' be a politician who's run for office or taken a big time appointment ~ as/from/for/about/under A DEMOCRAT!

Jon Huntsman qualifies as a RINO.

A RINO need not be a far leftwingtard. May are, but they don't have to be. We are speaking of partisan affiliation as a government official.

You did know that at any one moment there's only ONE real certified Disney Donald Duck.

The fact you haven't seen Ron Paul in his Donald Duck suit doesn't mean he doesn't wear one much of the time.

That didn’t address any of my comments.

Perry stands for too many of our important ‘issues’ to disregard. Don’t just take what others throw out without investigating. I’m tired of the same falsehoods being said over and over and no one takes the time to look them up.

And, by the way, I’ve never said one bad thing about Palin.

Way back, Texas democrats were the equivelant of north east republicans.

Lol, I kinda agree with you on that. The sad thing is that Paul is a decent man, even though he has some odd ideas!

But, don’t we all?

Ron Paul and Bawney Fwank just introduced a bill to legalize mary jane.

Shows you where their priorities are. Nation 14T in debt, and they are fiddling while Rome burns.

Yeah, that’s the ticket. Legalize drugs and all our problems will be solved.

So since you are from the Austin area, I can see how your mind is warped (from from reality distortion field that eminates from the Capital).

When the Gov’s mansion burned down reecently, I joked that Kinky Friedman had gotten his revenge!!!

THere is no danger of not keeping Austin weird.

SOMEBODY’S still stoking the fires because Perry offered an opt out to parents that gave them almost 17 months to decide!

GARDASIL;
The vaccine had an opt out for parents. The vaccine is against cervical cancer caused by certain variants of HPV. Parents had way over a year to decide to opt out.

http://governor.state.tx.us/news/executive-order/3455/ The Governor used this EO to make the opt out process possible and more convenient for more parents.

But - people will still keep saying it was mandated.

Proof is in the polling.

You know what? I'm sitting her laughing - because I've seen and read hundreds of comments on 'other' threads that say the polls don't mean anything. Especially when they don't favor their choice! I'm anxious to see everyone get into the race.......then watch the debates!

But it's handy to pull out "polls" to use - which every way you want to use it at the time.

I guess there are more than a few who know Rick’s dealings.

Nice little tidbit to keep throwing out.

>> “Then you must be a Palin apologist” <<

.
There are no “Palin apologists;”

With Palin there is nothing to apologise for; Palins negatives are more positive than Perry’s positives.

Perry = Lose-Lose.

What about the kids whose parents were too stupid to “opt-out?”

Just suffer the consequences?

So since you are from the Austin area, I can see how your mind is warped

I find that when people can't respond with reason and facts, they resort to ugliness. You say on your profile page that your "superpower is an open mind that thinks for itself". I can factually state that your mind makes up things that you would like to believe!!

I am NOT from Austin, I'm the distance of a small state from Austin and I am very Christian conservative. So you are WRONG.

You brought up Ron Paul in your earlier comment, I just responded to you.

That is your opinion.

I found it quite silly for people to run down Bachman for repeating she had fostered 23 children [a wonderful thing], all the while ignoring that Sarah has her children onstage with her at many, many events!

So the Republican Governor of the most productive state in America with the highest job creation during the Obama reign might be a mole from the eighties?

The Republican Governor who was born on a small west Texas cotton farm, who had no running water and was 16 miles from town, the 10 year Republican Governor of Texas who is a Eagle Scout, having written a book on the greatness of the Boy Scouts, the same man who graduated from Texas A&M, who flew C-130's all over the world and achieved the rank of Captain in his 6 year stint could be a Democrat mole?

The same man who has been pro life his whole political career? The same man who was known as a budget cutter as a Dem, who was the first Republican Lt. Governor ever elected in Texas, is a RINO mole?

By the way I would appreciate it if you could back up your claim that Rove recruited him from the Democrat ranks. Not saying he didn't but I would love some kind of proof for my own conscience sake.

Because you are against Perry, you are now worrying about "stupid parents", but if parents did stupid things in many other instances you would be berating the parents!!

It's a parents responsibility to be 'responsible'. We can't sit and babysit them all!

Pssst...Perry's dad was a Democrat as was his family as were most Texas farmer/ranchers who grew up in the 50’s and 60’. He ran twice as a Democrat within a 4 year period then switched.

Always pro-life, always pro-second amendment and always a fiscal Conservative, all while legislating like most 80's Texas Democrats.

From the same link I gave you;

Parents’ Rights.The Department of State Health Services will, in order to protect the right of parents to be the final authority on their children’s health care, modify the current process in order to allow parents to submit a request for a conscientious objection affidavit form via the Internet while maintaining privacy safeguards under current law.

This executive order supersedes all previous orders on this matter that are in conflict or inconsistent with its terms and this order shall remain in effect and in full force until modified, amended, rescinded, or superseded by me or by a succeeding governor.

Given under my hand this the 2nd day of February, 2007.

Your reply was vacuous.

Bilderberger Perry is a thuggish loose cannon in office, and supports every globalist invasion of common sense, and individual rights.

Parents should not be presented with countless evil agendas per day; sooner or later they all will fail somewhere, and the thugs win by attrition. Conservatives do not govern that way, and we cannot afford such in the White House.
