Well, I hope she does win and the prissy cop who arrested her gets fired for cause.
She’s fortunate the storage (tape or whatever the camera used) was not destroyed. Cameras that can upload to the internet as they go by 4G or similarly fast technology would be the best.
Next time the cops ask for another ton of paramilitary toys on your dime, vote No. Cases like this are nature’s way of telling us they have too much money as it is.
If she does, it will be the taxpayers in Rochester who have to pay. The cops who participated in this need to be charged, convicted, and imprisoned.
