If you are eating in uniform where I am eating you are not going to pay. Awhile back I saw 3 young men in Army uniforms at a Best Buy. They were looking at DVD's and music. I went to the front of the store, bought 3 gift certificates. I walked up to those kids, shook their hands and gave them the gift cards. Bought a Ranger a hair cut one day. Helped raise money to get a Marine with a tramatic head injury a golf cart. He won't ever drive a car again but he was able to drive a golf cart and had fun doing so. It put a smile on his face. So we got him one. A bunch of us did this. Today he has a brand new house too. And so do some other wounded warriors.
We did not have a Veterans Memorial in our town. So we built one. Without a penny of taxpayer money. The list goes on.....
I am not special because I did these things. We are not special because we did these things. These men and women who put their lives on the line are the special ones!
As of right now I'm a BIG Sarah Palin fan. This information means a lot to me. Thank you Sarah Palin! And thanks to all in the military and those that have been in the military!
