The only way to stop this crap is for the federal government to cut-off grant monies and other federal assistance to these municipalities. But, that would entail republican control of the Whitehouse and Congress and even then, the likelihood of that occurring is spotty! These people wouldn’t think financing this crap with their own money. Perish the thought!

All it takes is a civil rights case by an American citizen who does NOT have his case(s) dropped because of his residency status to have this RACIST and unconstitutional corrupt policy ended.

Same with the “in state” tuition for people who do not legally reside in the state. Those who attend college from other states are being financially raped with inflated tuition costs.
