On another thread, theres a news story that says the girl deleted the conversation from her computer and phone. Whether it was facebook, twitter, or text these can be subpenaed even if she deleted them there are still records.

If she did this pursuant to Weiner asking her to, and if what was deleted was evidence that a crime had been committed, then we can add obstruction of justice to whatever the original criminal activity was.
