The American Civil Liberties Union of Alabama, in conjunction with several other civil rights groups, is planning to file a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the immigration policy Alabama Gov. Robert J. Bentley signed into law Thursday.
..civil liberties activists are up in arms and preparing to mount their legal challenge.
“This law is an outrageous throw-back to the pre-Civil Rights era, going beyond the discriminatory and unconstitutional police practices that we’ve seen in other states,” Cecillia Wang, director of the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project.

Cecillia Wang is a fool because she has not really taken a look at what we lost by chucking away many good provisions of voter's rights when we trashed many basic requirements for the sake of civil rights. Furthermore she is a fool for challenging laws that are consist with Federal immigration laws that are simply not being enforced by a corrupt and out of touch Federal government.
What is unconstitutional to a communist inspired organization is not the same to Americans with common sense.
