I always thought we were there defending the freedom of the world. But, the world has changed. The soviets are now here in force. They control the American government. Americans don't care any more. Americans have turned their backs on everything that made this country great. They turned their backs on God who gave us the blessings and His grace and mercy to build this country. But, now people turn their backs and God is taking His grace and mercy back. He has dealt with countries at those moments in history. Just look at all the old pagan empires that have fallen. America is now becoming the next pagan empire to fall. We did it too ourselves. Fewer people go to church. Young people 20-45 and their children do not come to church. Our churches are made up primarily of older people. Our church we attend is top heavy in older people. Young people are in pursuit of stuff, fun, games, worldly things. They don't believe and they don't care. God is dealing with the USA right now. If this country does not repent and come back, God will deal with America and its unbelief and its actions. All the others fell. Why do we think we can get away with it. Corruption starts like a cancer and spreads like the flu. Our country from top to bottom is full of it. Our jails full and over flowing. Drugs, alcohol abuse, abortion, murder, you name it. This country is full of it.
God will deal with America, and you are not going to like the outcome if you don't get right with Him. Me, I am. If He comes today, I am ready. He can call us out right now and it will not bother me in the least.

Rather than having their children in church Sundays, these mothers complain about a church event at the park and take their children home. America is rapidly becoming like Europe.
Terrific post Retired Army and agree 100%. We were asleep when the wolves were not only inside the gate, but eating up our children...Jesus Christ warned us but many put materialism before Him...myself included for a long time.
