hmmm any chance the libs are starting to lose a littl faith in Obama’s hope and change and his nativity and education fairy tales? nah...it will have to be shoved down their throat just like Weiner got his...

Found this thread title on DU from pre-Weiner admission.

“Weiner was stalked and set up by a Christian Infowar Militia cell based largely in Oklahoma”

There are 17 months to go. As this continues, we will see more defections/awakenings. Hopefully enough people feel the ‘personal’ economic pain their 06/08 votes caused themselves.

Since they don’t care about anything outside themselves, that may make the difference.

After Kos posted a half dozen detailed diaries that claimed to absolutely prove with all sorts of technical analyses that Weiner's Twitter and/or yfrog accounts were hacked by those eeeviil conservates, the reactions to Weiner's confession basically divided into three camps:

The number of posters (out of 1000+) that critiqued the previous Kos analyses and 'proofs' of Weiner was hacked? I counted three.

We at FR should remember this if a (R) is ever accused of something similar.

As time goes on, the Democrats are forced to “define deviancy down” as they excuse their heroes of anything and everything. They rationalize their heroes’ deviant behavior, citing their “brilliance”, explaining how “it’s just SEX, after all; their spouses understand how “sensitive” and “talented” their “important” political careers are and . . . LOOK, there goes Sarah Palin, she’s INFERIOR and an airhead . . blah . . blah . . blah . . . What is the definition of an airhead? Is it not someone who has the world by the tail and is handed an enviable career, but then throws it all away with both hands, does juvenile stuff against all COMMON SENSE, like John Edwards, like Bill Clinton (he should have been removed, but he was ALLOWED scandalous, juvenile behavior because he was so “talented”, so “important”, so “sensitive”, and now we are stuck with him STILL in our faces, like we were with the spoiled Teddy Kennedy, and we were lucky Gary Hart got out when he did or we’d be stuck with him. Republicans resign. Democrats don’t; they just “fade away”. - If Obama finally succeeds in “spreading the wealth around”, running up the national credit card, and realizing his dream of Socialism, the DU people are REALLY going to feel BETRAYED. He has set up his radical clones at the head of this government. I feel betrayed.

Reminds me of how many FREEPERS were caught with their pants down during the Mark Sanford embarrassing childish behavior. Many FREEPERS had to eat crow. It happens.

I assume the three that critiqued the KOS analysis were tombstoned, right?

They’re idiots. Believing any politician is stupid: doubly so if they’re liberal.

Shoot...there are those on FR who are just as nutty...just to the right. You've seen it...and I've seen it. They would never let a dim get away with the stuff they give R's passes on.

“They’re idiots. Believing any politician is stupid: doubly so if they’re liberal.”

Aint that the damn truth.

I don’t trust a single one of ‘em. Not one, it’s just a matter of who less of a crook than the other one.

Yes, and that goes for those so called conservatives, I am betting that 50% of those TEA party folks we pushed into office will become corrupted by the next election cycle and become “unity candidates” or some such nonsense.

I trust them as far as I can throw them, but I do trust the TEA party ones to at least give it a good try for a few years. Those with an R next to their name, I sometimes trust even less than those with a D (McCain comes to mind). At least with a D, you know they are gonna screw you every chance they get. The established R’s... well, they are sneaky about it, they screw you when your not lookin, then kiss you on the cheek and ask for more money.

“Reminds me of how many FREEPERS were caught with their pants down during the Mark Sanford embarrassing childish behavior. Many FREEPERS had to eat crow. It happens.”

This is the kind of $#!# that happens when you elect based upon personality and not principles. You get a Weiner instead of a Wellstone. However, contrary to your comment about some Freepers eating crow, I don’t recall any run-Sanford crowd mea culpas. Just like I don’t recall anyone suddenly disavowing Colin Powell when he endorsed Obama. There are still quite a few here that were or are Rudy McRomney fans and keep it quiet. But you’ll never hear that from them. And why shouldn’t they simply do that and go on to tout the next great “moderate?” It’s not like they suffer any repercussions, they just get to keep pretending they’re conservatives and playing the “we don’t know where he stands but boy he/she sure is popular and they’d be a great face for the GOP” card.

As a Chicagoan who speaks some of the language, here in Oklahoma, none of the Okies I know are bright enough. If the dims would start pretending that they believed in Christianity, they could run the whole state. Hypocrisy is big business, down here.

The comments on that thread are priceless. I’m wondering what the comments from those MORONS (not, morans) are after Weiner’s admission of guilt. LOL.

It would be better for their sanity if libs would just understand that virtually all libs lie when confronted with questions about acts of sexual perversity. I’m always amused when they’re stunned when their beloved lib, pervert pol finally confesses to whatever sordid act they were accused of committing. Obviously the accused lib pol should own up immediately saving him or herself from recriminations by their lib constituency who don’t care if their lib pol had sexual relations with chickens as long as they don’t lie about it.
