Thank you so much for posting this. Two weeks ago a freeper posted a comment that said: What would John Wayne think of today’s world? This led to so many freepers hating on the Duke. I was the only one (with one or two exceptions) to praise his courage, talent and political history. It was one of the most depressing days in my many years on FR. All thosae FR folks who were ripping the Duke to you should be forever banished from FR.
Any one who disparages John Wayne does not, in my view, have the conservative view of Freepers. He represents and underscores the Founding principles of the US—Freedom in line with the laws of nature and God’s Laws.
He represents reason and sanity, common sense and virtue. He is a perfect example of what God had in mind when he designed man.
