The Post & Email recently reported on the lawsuit Taitz v. Astrue, in which Attorney and dentist Orly Taitz filed a Freedom of Information Request which was denied by both Social Security Administration Commissioner Michael Astrue and Judge Royce Lamberth at the United States District Court in Washington, DC. Taitz filed a petition for a default judgment on May 13, 2011, after a 30-day period which allowed the government to respond but no response was received.
Taitz had originally requested a copy of the Social Security number application allegedly completed by Obama, as she alleged that his use of the number 042-68-4425 is fraudulent. She included documentation to the U.S. District Court on April 8, 2011 that Obama’s Selective Service record showed that he had used that social security number to register. Exhibit 3 of Taitz’s documentation, included with her First Amended Complaint, shows that entering the number into the Social Security Administration’s online search feature yields a “SSN not in file (never issued)” message.

It would interesting if a woman could take down the President.
This entity has a certain way of operating and they never change, apparently. It wouldn’t matter to them if it was allegedly already in the public domain by some other route or not in the public domain. That’s my impression.
KB explained the wacky form they released in a post, last night iirc. He says it is an abstract, which perfectly accounts for all the layers, white halos, differently sized pixels, etc. etc. Meaning, we got a doctored, sanitized, Obama-approved ‘abstract’, but by NO means did we catch a glimpse of the original birth records. We know from Fukino and Abercrombie that they look nothing like what we saw [’half handwritten’ ‘a notation’ ‘something written down’].
Bottom line: we still have no idea what was on the original, handwritten record. HI gave us the final generation, so to speak, outcome that Obama wanted. IF Taitz succeeds—and I’m betting one way or another she will not—the info on the original form will NOT match the abstract. Of that, there really is no doubt.
It would interesting if a woman could take down the President.

1. original typewritten
2. bc # 10641
3. signed by (Stanley) Ann Dunham Obama, David A. Sinclaid, and Registrar Lee
4. Issued 8.8.1961

Oops! Yes, I believe Steve was either his first or second original name. I believe his name has changed multiple times since. Most of all, I believe he is a fraud, perpetrating a fraud. But will it be resolved? The Congress can’t even get excited over his flouting of the War Powers Act. Clearly the fear and corruption trump any desire to hold the MSM’s darling to account. I pray Taitz succeeds, but I’m not holding my breath.

Agreed. I repeat to you what I said to HM: if Congress won’t even raise Cain about the War Powers Act, and Obama’s blatant, in-your-face violation of it, then the day will never come when they care about Soetoro’s eligibility. It is fear and corruption in equal measures. They won’t touch the PC man-child with full-on 24/7 MSM protection, but they also don’t want to make waves or rock the boat. GOP leadership has, all in all, a very nice sinecure in DC; they would rather continue to feather their nests than create political upheaval.
And for all those trolls that reveled in the fact that no major judicial or political figure had ever backed the eligibility movement: explain the War Powers Act. The Won has committed US troops and assets to a war in Libya, with no Congressional approval. The sixty days is in the rear-view mirror. Why are the pols not screeching like steroid-banshees?
Because they are corrupt and afraid of their shadows. Period.

The entire scenario is far too clever. I.E., sending the big-time lawyer to Hawaii to "pick it up" in person; "Yo, you gotta package for me?"
What that did was give the WH plausible deniability on a document they knew to be of doubtful provenance.
"Hey look Fantasy, Look Mike, Look Kenny, we just copied what they gave us!"
Of course, they further covered themselves by telling everybody, one time, on day one, that it was an "abstract." After that, it became a "Copy." Which of course, it was; a copy of an "abstract." No lie there!

If this were a for-real, true and certified copy of a LFBC, the HIDOH could have sent it by fax, by e-mail, by e-fax, by FEDEX, by courier, Pony Express, or homing pigeon. This is America. You can order a true and certified copy of any document you want, by e-mail from your county clerk, and pay for it with your VISA, Credit or Debit. Much cheaper than sending young Jimmy Olson over to wait for it at the court house and pick it up, much less sending a $500/hr. attorney from Perkins Coie to "pick it up" in Honolulu!
As a tactic of delay and obfuscation, this was a brilliantly timed move. It once again removed the focus from the fact that the man is constitutionally ineligible to have sought the office because his father was a foreigner. On the BC front, it trumped Trump, it took the wind right out of Dr, Jerry's big book debut, (for a while, anyway) and it seems to have definitely convinced the rubes who would again vote for this assklown anti-POTUS, that this crisis is over.

and War Powers isn’t the only one. taking over car companies, firing CEO’s and I.G.’s (Walpern?), and what is the act Obama violated by campaigning in Kenya (and using taxpayer money to change their constitution?) MANY clear violations of law and the constitution.

Whether you’re voting for or against Obama, your last phrase says it all. So, now that the crisis is over, what’s next? Defeating Obama on the issues instead?
