Right, and the words also don't curve with the paper. They were pasted in or layered in.
As seen here:
Notice the word "Male" or the word "Kapiolani" do not curve with paper. This being a flat scan is an impossibility.
A further explanation is here in this 4:55 minute video.

The same kind of thing, where what is supposedly on the paper fails to distort according to the bend/fold of the paper, is evident on the Factcheck COLB, where the “seal” doesn’t distort like it should. I took 40+ photographs of a replication of the Factcheck scenario and every one of them showed the seal leaning to the right rather then simply being slightly flattened like the Factcheck seal. To be at that angle when photographed, the seal would have to lean to the right.
That means there wasn’t a seal on that paper when the Factcheck folks photographed it, and they knew they were lying all along. The seal was digitally added after the photos - possibly even BY the Factcheck folks. For sure the Factcheck folks knew it was added later and still claimed to the whole world that the thing was authentic.

This “independent fact-checking group”. Bah. They are just as guilty as the HDOH - and I’ve got a couple new posts showing the HDOH is guilty as sin.
In addition, either Wordpress isn’t sending me notifications of comments submitted, or else somebody is intercepting my e-mails again - but only on the posts by Miss Tickly, as she comments on documentation regarding the genuine HDOH seal.
The M was rotated counterclockwise by one pixel. But the M is also 2 pixels higher than it should be. The text from 'e' to 'M' in Male slopes down one pixel left to right. But the form line below it slopes down 3 pixels. In my estimation that is evidence of forgery with effort, not sloppy forgery.
