Try Douglas Vogt. His company is Archive Index Systems. I looked him up on the web when I saw his statement. He seems legit.

Vogt made it clear that he had no specific knowledge of any of the equipment or processes used in Hawaii.

His speculation was based on a self-proclaimed general knowledge of other states and processes.

Sorry, but owning a scanning company does not constitute being a recognized forensic document expert. I’m talking about an honest-to-goodness Ph.D level specialist in the field, who has actually testified in court under oath as an expert witness.
