I didn’t have any problem with it. Clicked on the URL listed as the source in my post here and on the direct link to the PDF.
Is anybody else having problems getting to this? I’d sure like to help you be able to get to it.
Tried it seveeral times more and got the same response that Internet Explorer closed down for .... then it commes back to original page where the link to your article resides and THAT is the link which refused to work.
Here’s a laugh! I tried using Google Chrome browser and the response initially came back “cannot find www.google.com” in the search box.
I pasted your link into Chrome and after a hesitation it appeared.
Some effort is being made to prevent easy access to your article.
AntiMullah encounters similar problems from time to time where broadband is suddenly not available - probably an AT&T “block” since they are root at the ISP provider and hosting location.
