And the line I wouldnt like you 10 times in a row seems fitting in the context of the Barack Obama White House. Clearly, Obama has been caught in more than one lie. But you may have noticed that since Obama began raising money for his 2012 reelection, the outrageous activity and agendas coming out of this administration have been relatively subdued when contrasted with the events of 2010.
Sure, Obama upset many people this week in El Paso Texas when he proclaimed that immigration reform has become a critical issue, however, the fence protecting our southern border is basically complete. In reality, the proposed 700 mile double layer border fence promised under the Bush administration five years ago has only had 36.3 miles completed, and of those, only 4.3 miles were built under Obamas watch. I doubt that 5% represents basically complete.

But we’re barely 2 years into his administration, so if we gave him 4 more years, he’d have THREE TIMES 4.3 miles completed by then! Give the guy a chance!
Actually, I think when Obama said it’s “basically done” he meant that HE’s “basically done” with fence-building. Completely 2 miles per year (that would be less than 30 feet a day for those who don’t care to do the math) obviously doesn’t signal a particularly strong desire on his part to get this project done. Or perhaps it’s merely an indication of his ineptitude as the nation’s CEO. Can you imagine even a middle-level manager in the private sector (who had completed only 4 miles of fencing over 2 years when tasked with constructing 700) still being employed?
