I will admit i did not see all of the debate the other night. I have it recorded but after watching the first round of answers i round not take anymore. This is one of the best blog peaces i have seen on the debate. None of the candidates where inspiring some a flat out disagree with and others looked like they where little men in suits to big for them...America we can do better.

Everyone makes a big deal out of “policy knowledge” and “foreign affairs experience” but the fact is, every President is surrounded by experts who by and large feed them facts and data in support of every decision. Being President - or qualified to be - isn’t about how much mush a person has had jammed into their skull. A lot of it is the ability to communicate, to connect with people, to generate a sense of trust that the candidate will do the right thing for the country when the chips are down.

This is why Ronald Reagan was such a great President (and why Obama is such a lousy one).

Palin has “it”. Accept no substitute.
