As much as the sight sickened me, it is crucial we look our enemy in the face.
The worst thing America ever did was to stop showing the planes crashing into the WTC and the people jumping. It is sickening, but it would remind Americans of the very real enemy that is islam. Instead, the liberals forgot in a couple of years and voted to support those same attacks in 2008 by their vote for the now American head imam/potus.
Soothsayer, as deeply horrible as it, this is a good post. We in the west are too soft, too risk averse and not willing to see the unvarnished truth about radical Islamists. We averted our eyes to what the Nazis were doing in Europe. We averted our eyes to what the Japanese were doing in the far east. As a result, upwards if 100 million died as a direct result of WWII. The western Left averted their eyes to Communist atrocities, romanticized communisim and socialism, and we see the results all around us today.
No more averting our eyes. We must toughen up and face the true nature of our enemy. The alternative of a continued weakening of western culture, resolve and values is too horrible to contemplate.
The fact you aren’t embarrassed by your own post seems to indicate shame is at a low ebb these days.
