BTW, are you planning on voting for another idiot third party candidate in 2012 if the repubs dont nominate a candidate who is pure enough for you?Not much purity in McCain. Put up West, Palin, or Bachman and I'll change the sticker on my truck from Bush/Cheney to the new Republican ticket. That sticker's been on there a long time. It's the last time the Republican Party seemed to know what they were doing.

You've gotta admire his dedication. Those Hillary Clinton PUMAs can be hard to please. Secretary of state just ain't gonna cut it, they want the White house.Gorilla #2 can't post without lying...proves the good side won in 1865.
To: cowboyway
You know how those pro-choice 0bama supporters are.....Gorilla #1 can't post without lying either. What is it, too much sun down there scrambling the neurons in the brain?
To: Partisan Gunslinger
Do tell. What are these "names" I've called you?
You see, those aren't "names", they're descriptions of your comments. Each of those can be accurate descriptions of things you said here.
On the other hand, "feces-throwing gorilla" is a name. No one here is actually a gorilla throwing feces. See the difference?
So again, when have I sunk to your level of "name calling"? I get you don't like criticism, but that doesn't make it inaccurate, where saying I'm calling you names is just that.
To: Partisan Gunslinger
McCain...blah, blah, blah...
So again, are you saying he would have been worse or not? You said "almost as bad" several times, but you keep going out of your way to make it seem like he'd be worse. If you think he'd be worse then it's ok you voted for Obama, but if not, then you still haven't justified your vote...other than voting for the hasten destruction of the country, to which (if that's so) i threw out the "name" of traitor.
I used to give monthly to the Republican Party
And therein lies the problem. Support people not parties. There are snakes in both parties, so donating to the "party" doesn't discriminate. But if (a) you admit there are only 2 viable parties, and (b) you want to help reform the one, you support the people who represent you.
Donating to a "party" helps the cause about as much as paying your taxes...slim chance to none that your money goes where you want it to. Same as donating to a third party.

southern rednecks introduced slavery to America
Love to see you support that asinine claim.

And you’re another moron who is going to tell me slaves were never sold in the South, right? I’m tired of you and your butt-buddies here and your one-note bs about innocent the South was. Have you got a point to argue you dork or what?

When I look under "introduce", I find Great Britain, New York, Rhode Island, etc. Still haven't found the chapter where the South introduced (again, your word not mine) slavery.
Maybe I'm just the a-hole with the wrong history book. What's the right book that supports your claim?

And youre another moron who is going to tell me slaves were never sold in the South, right? Im tired of you and your butt-buddies here and your one-note bs about innocent the South was.
Nope, no strawman here. South wasn't "innocent" (I guess you mean in terms of the morality of slavery since it was still legal at the time?) any more than the North, which is why it's tiring to hear you bash the South from some non-existent moral high ground.
To: jmacusa
It's your side that's always proclaiming that the South never seceded which means that Linkin's violation of Article 4, Section 4 is the worst constitutional violation in his long list of constitutional violations. Constitutional violations don't mean much to you liberal union thug scumbags though, does it.....
When are you going to accept your filthy ancestors leading role in slavery? Try reading something besides your sophomoric rants sometime: Slavery in the North
If you can take time out from honing your skills on the meat whistle maybe you'll learn something. But I doubt it.

can't post without lying either I've read your posts, union boy.
You're pro-choice and you helped 0bama gain the White House. Hell, you've done nothing but brag and defend your 0bama enabling vote in 2008 since you slithered into this thread,
Where's the lie, punk?
Lying punks like you prove that the good guys were right in 1861.

You see, those aren't "names", they're descriptions of your comments. Each of those can be accurate descriptions of things you said here. See there's the trouble. You don't know how to have a constructive conversation. That's why no progress can be made.
On the other hand, "feces-throwing gorilla" is a name. No one here is actually a gorilla throwing feces. See the difference? So again, when have I sunk to your level of "name calling"? The 3 gorillas have made no attempt to discuss anything with any intelligence. They're beyond the pale.

In 2008 McCain was almost as bad as Obama. Had McCain won, I don't know if we would be better off or not. The conservatives would not have had a visible enemy as we do with Obama and so may be the Dems would still have all of congress. And when it comes to everything Obama has passed, McCain would've support his "friends" across the aisle and that would have been going on for an extra two years because the Republicans would've been blamed for the economy and not won the house.
And therein lies the problem. Support people not parties. There are snakes in both parties, so donating to the "party" doesn't discriminate. Says the guy that says to vote for the Republican no matter how liberal he is. Can you not see your self-contradictions?

I said abortion is murder and you know it, you just lie like every supporter of the slaver's rebellion has to lie to support their position. You get so used to lying you can't see you're doing it, or you don't care.

More strawmen. I've never said any such thing, but I'm sure you make yourself feel better by believing that.
I voted against Arlen Specter every single time I voted, and as he was on the Republican ticket every time, you're theory is yet another in your string of failed attempts at logic.
Here's a question, how do you figure throwing your vote away on hopeless candidates is any better than those who throw their votes away by not caring to even cast one? At least they admit their ignorance and stay out of the scene, yet amazingly you seem to celebrate yours.
Between the self righteous chest pounding and the comprehension skills on par with one, I'm beginning to think you're the real "gorilla" around here.
To: Partisan Gunslinger

Yes, you did, but you also said you're unsure on how the government should "intrude" into it...remember "I've asked myself this for years and can't come up with a solution"? The net affect of your impotence is to allow it to continue...aka just like a good pro-choicer would do. Your lack of clarity on and inaction towards the subject makes you effectively pro-choice, just as your hatred of McCain and ineffective votes make you pro-Obama.
The only "lying" is what you're telling yourself to make you think your intentions are more important than your actions.

At least they admit their ignorance and stay out of the scene, yet amazingly you seem to celebrate yours. If every conservative would've voted CP like I did then we wouldn't have had either the 1st amendment busting McCain or antichrist Jr Obama as president. The Republicans would've wised up and gave us a good candidate in 2012 also. Voting for the liberal McCain just proves that conservatives will vote for the R no matter how liberal they are. Hence the attacks on Palin, Bachman, and West since then by the establishment Repulican party.

So you think the best strategy is to keep doing what we've been doing since 1980 with little or no results. That's not saving very many lives. I want a solution that will save lives, hence my questions to myself and my group about it.
