Government is worried about salmonella, e-coli and the like from milk produced and sold in the states, but will do nothing to stem the tainted produce and what not from Mexico and other countries.

No, they are not worried about it. Raw milk sales are legal in Pennsylvania. I think they busted them for selling it across state lines.
However, it's sounds like their customers were the ones coming from out of state.

They were busted fby the FEDS for crossing state lines.

Raw milk sales still require a permit in PA.
