You'll have to source that one. If he was born on American soil, he is a natural born citizen under current law (look upthread -- someone cited the applicable law).

Didn't someone (D'Onofrio?) discover in 2008 that Chester Arthur's father didn't become a U.S. citizen until Arthur was 14 years old? This mean's Arthur's father WAS NOT a citizen at Arthur's birth, so Arthur wasn't a natural born United States citizen.
