I have been looking every where for someone who can take a layer and break the layer itself apart. Can you do this, or do you know someone who can?

Maybe this will help some. The black and white BC from last year is an obvious forgery, but look at the handwritten numbers in specific locations on it. Now look at the SAME numbers on a LAYER of the pdf file. They are EXACTLY he same. I have since noticed at least one more, but it is so light you can barely see it.

It's either a stamping anomaly from the pressure applied during the stamping or an anomaly from the process of lifting it from another doc & placing in on a new one. It has nothing to do with the actual stamp itself. Magnified, it clearly was an “H”.
