It's either a stamping anomaly from the pressure applied during the stamping or an anomaly from the process of lifting it from another doc & placing in on a new one. It has nothing to do with the actual stamp itself. Magnified, it clearly was an “H”.

NO it wasn’t. Magnified it was clearly an X. It is NOT anomaly. It is an actual X, not an H. The two don’t come anywhere near looking like each other, even magnified. And when compared to other documents with the same stamp, it is CLEARLY supposed to be an H.
