This document wasn't scanned. There are no optical scanning artifacts. The idiot who compiled the document made the mistake of dragging a "1" from another document with a different resolution and resized it to match the height of these numbers but did it with the size on the screen small enough that he wasn't able to see the mismatch.

Well, if that were true than any image of the document floating around out there would have different resolutions. If the master forgery were done that poorly, than all copies would be that poor if not worse. But that is not what we see in the document scanned for the AP and released by the AP.

that’s clearly an “X” in the middle line the stamp at the bottom. I wonder why there so many different versions of his BC that were created.
