What if there never was Global warming, what if it has always been Global Weather Warfare? Recent super tornados dubbed “Killer Tornadoes” have cut a swath across seven southern states of the United States. Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia,East Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Virginia all have been hit by abnormally sized and super strengthened tornadoes costing nearly 300 lives and estimates of billions of dollars of property damage. But what if these recent tornadoes and hurricane Katrina in 2005 were not simply capricious acts of nature, what if these devastating destructive acts were the surgical strikes of al Qaeda or another enemy of the United States of America. An enemy with money and technology to control the weather and what’s more, use those resources against it’s enemy the United States of America.

I don’t know. I am not a weather expert. I have no idea what attempts the government has made to control weather.
My point is the government has lied to you and everyone else over and over and over and over. They have intentionally, now and in the past put the American people in danger and subjected them to great risk.

#1. Has the government made substantial attempts to control weather?
#2. Do you know what all their attempts have entailed to control weather?
#3. Has the government been truthful and forthright in the information they have provided the American people in regards to efforts to control the weather?

Probably not, if they were, it would be a first for the fedgov.
Now, do you have any idea how open the HAARP facility has been to the public, visiting scientists and college students? Are you telling me HAARP could be used for super-secret weather control while being so open? And that HAARP could harness enough energy to send radio waves thousands of miles with sufficient intensity to alter weather in Alabama or subductions zones off the coast of Japan?
Are you telling me there are no historical events that begin to compare to the Japan earthquake and the Alabama outbreak so that we require a non-natural explaination for them?
You seen to confuse scientific-based skepticism of HAARP weather control claims with a naive trust in the fedgov. No one who knows my posting history would think I trust the fedgov one bit. But it doesn't take a whole lot of scientific knowledge to not trust the HAARP conspiracy-mongers, either.

How do you know what the government has done in the past and are doing presently in regards to their endeavor to control the weather?

I took a look at the party facilities and decided they were mostly not up to par.

You have to consider the density of the water and the atmosphere. Heat transfers much better from water to air than air to water. The amount of heat transfer from air to water is so negligible that it’s not even considered in the calculations of energy transfer.
A brief bit of calculation...
The link claims that HAARP injects 3.6 million watts of energy into a volume of atmosphere 12 mi. x 90 mi x 2.5 mi, which = 2700 cubic miles of atmosphere.
That is 3,600,000 millions watts divided by 2700 cubic miles of atmosphere. That amounts to 1333.33 watts into each cubic mile of atmosphere. That’s just over a megawatt spread out over a cubic mile.
An aurora which has been measured showed an energy output of five hundred thousand billion Joules.

Anyway, what they’re claiming HAARP is pumping into the atmosphere to control the weather is like spitting into a forest fire to put it out. Auroras introduce fat more energy into the atmosphere than HAARP.
Not to mention the amount of insolation the earth receives every day from the sun.

84,000,000,000,000 divided by 3,600,000 is 23,330,000.
That 3.6 million allegedly introduced by HAARP into a miniscule portion of the atmosphere, is 23.33 millionths of the amount of energy received from the sun each day on earth.
Using an average of 250 thick atmosphere, the total volume of the earth’s atmosphere is 49,233,750 cubic miles. That divided by the 2,700 mentioned in the you tube link is 1/18,235 ths of the total volume of the atmosphere.
The amounts of energy needed to influence the weather are far greater than what is being claimed by the HAARP conspiracy theorists. There’s too little energy in too small a volume to make any difference. It would be dissipated too quickly to be significant, butterfly effect notwithstanding.
Weather control ain’t happening.
Who knows?
Would the government want to build a Rovian-caliber weather machine? Probably. Is HAARP that machine? No. End of this exchange.
I am simply pointing out the absurdity of the claims that HAARP could be responsible for Katrina or the Alabama tornado outbreak - you know, the subject of the post that started this thread. If you want to erect wave after wave of strawmen that have nothing to do with the scientific questions at hand, knock yourself out, but don't expect any further answers from me if you keep that up.

However, my loved one and their associates aren’t used to making things up etc.
And, there’s sufficient other aspects . . . as well as sufficient ‘smoke,’
I’m very skeptical that there’s absolutely no fire whatsoever.
Last I heard, weather is an incredibly complex thing. Takes some pretty massive computing power to model it even fractionally well.
Then, of course, there’s the contention that a butterfly flapping it’s wings in the Amazon can result in dramatic things in Moscow. . . . or some such.

I would bet that calculations or assertions of what HAARP is putting out power wise
are grossly in error.
The nuclear units purportedly powering Pine Gap are supposedly super enormous in size and output.
I don’t recall what my loved ones said about the power supplies in Alaska—though I do recall that they were quite sizeable. I don’t recall that that means.
You’re on a HAARP conspiracy thread. The conspiracy mongers don’t just fail to understand science and logic, they actually revel in their failure to do such.
