And have admitted the government has likely not been truthful and forthright in the information they have provided you regarding their efforts to control the weather.
Based on your own responses, my question to you now is:
How do you know what the government has done in the past and are doing presently in regards to their endeavor to control the weather?

Would the government want to build a Rovian-caliber weather machine? Probably. Is HAARP that machine? No. End of this exchange.
I am simply pointing out the absurdity of the claims that HAARP could be responsible for Katrina or the Alabama tornado outbreak - you know, the subject of the post that started this thread. If you want to erect wave after wave of strawmen that have nothing to do with the scientific questions at hand, knock yourself out, but don't expect any further answers from me if you keep that up.
