I found another signature for the registrar, it's from another person's BC, and it's from near the same time period, and upon comparison of the registrar's signatures (see image above), even the layperson can see the 2 signatures have several substantial differences, look at the shape and style of the first character of both as they are drastically different, and size of the loops in the "L"s, the closed loops in the "e"s and how the lower signature (real) the signer's style has an upward lift at the end of the "L". Also the the real pen lift at the end of the signature is to the right, on the suspect signature it curves around to the left.
Others with a Hawaiian BC near the time period, help would be appreciated. thanks. ObamaNotQualified.com
An expert could definitely tell it is a Fraud.
No one’s signature is identical every time. If anyhting, this supports the argument that the document was real, since it negates the argument that “U.K.L. Lee” is a fake name.
The onaka signature stamp on this document has TXE rather than THE.

In the event that it is a fraud, the BC issue will only become more grave for Obama. He then will have to answer for forging of an official document.
It is now time for a recognized expert to scrutinize Obama’s BC and give his official opinion on its authenticity.
If he determines that it has been tampered with, the evidence should be turned over to the lawful authorities.
Having checked the PDF document through Adobe Illustrator myself, I don’t doubt that the document is fake. However, I do suspect that O and the Gang may have purposely did this to distract people from the real issues befalling us.
Keep your eye on the magician, folks. I smell a sting, but I hope that’s not what I’m smelling! XO
Did anyone ever figure out (or get an explanation) why the DNC filed a different cert of eligibility in Hawaii (I think) than they did in the other 49 states?
