1. If Obama personally requested a long form birth certificate from Hawaii officials in April 2011, does it mean that Obama did not have a copy of his long form birth certificate BEFORE he wrote to Hawaii in April 2011?
2. That is, why did Obama write to Hawaii to request a copy of his long form birth certificate in April 2011, if he already had one in his possession? Such a request seems strange to me.
3. What about the birth certificate that Obama wrote about in one his books? I think he wrote that he accidentally found it when it in his home when he was a teenager. I assume it was the long form. What happened to it? Did Obama lose it?

8. June 2007: Obama orders short form birth certificate from Hawaii. It looks to me like Obama had already lost his long form birth certificate by June 2007, because why would he order a new birth certificate in 2007?
9. As we know, back in 2007, people still had the choice of ordering a short form or a long form, but Obama decided to order the short form, a decision that forced Obama to turn around and request a long form birth certificate in April 2011.
10. I just find it curious that Obama would first order a short form in 2007, when he could have ordered a long form birth certificate, which he did do in April 2011.
11. So when do you think that Obama lost his copy of his long form birth certificate?

It had to be before 2007, when he ordered a short form birth certificate, which means that Obama did not have a long form birth certificate for over 4 years, from at least 2007, a lose that forced him to order another long form birth certificate from Hawaii in April 2011 to replace the one he apparently lost sometime before June 2007.
Obama’s COLB is missing this text at the bottom along with signatures that is present on the Nordyke COLB:

Instead Obama’s has Onaka’s signature stamp indicating that it may also be an ABSTRACT.
