When viewing the PDF in Adobe the text can be removed and added in Layers
You can compress all layers down to one, but someone clearly did not do that last step to make a good forgery
Please explain how OCR software could take the “Non” of the word “None” but not the “e”. I think that excuse is insufficient. I further believe that it’s a fake.

You don't need artificts. magnify the document to the maximum resoultion. The digital blocks that compose the image are of two different sizes. Look at the doctors signature and the date corresponding to it. The date is a different resolution than the signature. This can't happen in a singl source document.
That’s it. The non-deformed security imprint is the postscript “th” smoking gun.
I think that an absolute key to "taking back our country" is to somehow educate the masses that personal responsibility is better than government handouts, not only for our country as a whole, but even for individuals who might be in line to receive the government handouts.
Obama himself, bad though he may be, is not the main driving force for increased socialism, government overspending, and exploding debt that now threatens to bankrupt us as a nation. He could do nothing if it weren't for those who voted him into office, and unless the PEOPLE of our country can be made to see that we're headed down the wrong path, when he is gone they will likely vote in someone even worse than he is.
This can only come through some form of easy-to-understand and convincing education of the masses that actually reaches those who supported Obama and will support others like him.
Had they simply printed the Document and then scanned it back in there would be NO issues.
These layers were added to the document after the background was scanned in.

OK, I stand corrected. The nurse must have written the dates for all the delivering women. Each of these three dates in filed 18b are slightly different, but obviously written by the same person. None are a photocopy, but they are written in identical hand with identical characteristics, but they are each slightly different.

The twins were born the day after Obama, however,their certificate is signed by a different local registrar than shows up on Obama’s shiny new COLB. These were allegedly signed by the local registrar only three days apart ... in the same county. All three should be signed by the same person.

Here is some info on how/why .pdf scanned docs will have layers. There are two reasons, OCR- Optical Character Recognition and MRC- Mixed Raster Content. The former explains the text layers, the latter explains the image itself broken into layers as well as what some call the “white out” look. There are even image samples in the second link that are almost exact mirror images of that “white out” effect.

I suggest studying these before continuing this line of ‘proof’ regarding the layers.

Please, the dual-citizenship angle is a non-starter. While another country -- in this case the UK or Indonesia -- might recognize somebody as a dual-citizen, the US did not.
Under American law, the parents could not sign away or otherwise pre-empt what was a child's birthright -- US citizenship.
While Indonesia may have considered him an Indonesian citizen, that did not negate Obama's US citizenship -- unless he himself chose to renounce it upon achieving the age of 18.
There being no evidence of his ever renouncing his US citizenship, then he is ipso facto an American citizen by virtue of having been born in the United States.
Note that I am not addressing the so-called "natural-born citizen" issue. Nor do I wish to.
Please also explain how the digitally created green background was imported from the future to 1961, when there was no digitally created anything until the 90s.
Also explain why anyone would scan when a photo would not only suffice but be more believable.

So how could his official long form birth certificate that was generated in 1961 have the name of the hospital that wasn’t created until 1978?

I thought the same thing when I looked at the properties.
Just from my experience in the Government (limited to DOT/FAA) they always seem to get computer contracts that use Windows Software.
