Fortunately, this was not a Denial of Service (DoS) attack because the site was being used for its intended purpose. The operators of the site didn't anticipate the volume of response to their offer, but that is not the fault of Bozell's group.
Don't let the Left portray this as a DoS "attack" on Obama.
