I’m not sure because if he was ineligable I’d think the whole election would be invalid thus no VP? NO constitution scholar but if he was not qualified to be on the ballot then it seems to me it would go to the speaker until another election could be called.Of course that means riots in the streets by uninformed Amerians who don’t understand the difference between a citizen and a natural born citizen but if they are killing each other then less of them to deal with...

Go read up on what the term “natural born citizen” means, at the time of the constitutional writing, not after the dumbing down, reinterpiration/spinning that has been done to it in recent years.
The fact is the founders never wanted anyone with foreign allegances in charge of the executive branch. At the time of the founding, nearly all things were viewed as flowing from the paternal side of the family. The term “natural born citizen” has a very specific meaning, and no it doesn’t mean you are inelligible if you were born cesarian.
It means quite simply BOTH of your parents at the time of your birth were Natural US Citizens. Obama is a native born citizen (assuming he was born in Hawaii), and I frankly don’t care if he was born in Hawaii or not, because simply put the guy is not a natural born citizen whether he was born in the United States or not. He cannot be a natural born citizen because his father at the time of his birth was not a US Citizen.
Its really no more complicated than that. Doesn’t matter where he was born, the fact his father at the time of his birth was not a US Citizen means he cannot possibly be a “natural born citizen” by the definition of the term.
Obama is a “native born citizen”. Unless of course Barry’s biological dad is not who he claims it to be. However if his biological father is who he claims it to be, there is no way he is a “natural born citizen”... pure and simple.
That's certainly what the GOP would like us to do. The States, though, would have the prerogative and the duty to ignore every law and dictate signed by Barry or any of his appointees. Of course, they should be doing this anyway since practically everything coming out of FEDGOV is unconstitutional.

The author of the book is Jerome Corsi, the guy who wrote the “swift boat” book on Kerry. He has been investigating Obama’s birth since the primary election. It’s taken quite awhile. I’m going to wait and see what he has. A comment on the Drudge article says that it is advance information from the Corsi book that spurred Trump to make his statements regarding the birth certificate.
Why wait for the book? His presidency shows he’s not eligible to be president.

That Corsi supported those theories was an allegation made by the campaign for Barack Obama, the Illinois senator who is the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, in a 40-plus-page response to Corsi’s book. I saw the wiki article also. And a few more links that made the claim he was a 9/11 conspirator. They all seemed week. With no credibility.
Now, because he is a hotshot with WND, I have to give the proper credibility to the WND article where in DENIES any association with troofers.
I believe he is in fact targeted by Obama-bots simply because he is 100 percent correct on his finding on the bastard known as Obama.
