The details and the content at this point are shaky. But for now, there’s buzz surrounding a new book claiming to show “Obama is not eligible to be president.”
That claim is part of the subtitle of a new supposed expose by James R. Corsi called, “Where’s the Birth Certificate? The Case that Barack Obama is not Eligible to be President.”

Obama is not eligible to be President, and it has nothing to do with his birthplace, it has to do with the simple fact his fater was not a US CITIZEN...
You cannot be a natural born citizen if your father was not a US Citizen, its really nothing more complicated than that.
There is a huge difference between natural born citizen and native born citizen.
I would think Joe would go down as well. Wouldn’t the whole regime go? If barry is found ineligible, would not the whole regime be termed ineligible?
This is the first time we have ever confronted this so I have NO idea how it would work.
But, to me, it would seem ANYONE associated with the usurper would be bought down as well.
Then again, I am NO scholar when it comes to this subject. I’m just riding on common sense here!
Shrug shoulders and move on—that will probably be the outcome.

You could have easily (I did) read into his comments that there was more to his detainment than he let on. I would be curious to hear more about that trip.

We need some FReepers who know the Constitution like the back of their hands to sound in on this one.
Why? They ignore the Constitution and the media and the courts, generally, back them. A court claimed Obamacare is unconstitutional. What did they do about that? They simply ignored it and kept on going.
The card Nancy Pelosi signed certifying Obama's election left out the part about eligibility. Why? Printing error? Hardly. They knew what they were doing. They will hunker down, the media will demonize Corsi and nothing will change.
Sadly our population has been so dumbed down by a failing public school system, that no one, and I mean NO ONE has even addressed this one simple fact to my knowledge anywhere, and the few of us who understand what “Natural Born Citizen” means, are ignored if we bring it up.
Any Justice Department sub-department won’t be allowed to do anything about it. At that point, the Federal Marshall’s should arrest Holder for obstruction of justice.
Special prosecutors will have to be assigned for justice to prevail.
Remember, they said the same thing about the Tea Party....as we sure as heck made a difference!!
Even if it's chip by chip, we need NOT to let up. It's up to US.
