Randy Dye gave a heartfelt speech at the Raleigh Tea Party on April 15th, 2011. Although Randys speech included a controversial portion involving an Obama mask covered ball, his message contains points that should give all of us pause to consider the state of this country.

The attendees who were offended by pouring water over the mask argued that Randy showed a lack of respect toward the office of the President. I feel that any man who would use blackmail of active military personel in order to achieve a political goal has already showed what kind of respect he has for his office, his country and his morality.
Wish I could have seen that; I was in Raleigh yesterday, but was working when the Tea Party rally was going on.
One wonders if some people attended hoping to find something to attack. That being their ONLY reason to be there.
Now if that had only been gasoline in the bottle and the effigy set on fire.........
On November 4, 2000 a majority of voters descreated the White House and disrespected the Office Of President of the United States of America by putting an ursuper and an American hater in the White House and the Officee of President. As far as descreation and showing disrespect goes, these acts cannot be topped.
I get so tired of even hearing about “disrespect for the president”. The oval office has gained way to much power. It was never meant to be an imperial office but that is how we treaty it now. Any president deserves no more respect than that which he earns while in office. We, the people, have had much too much disrespect from various presidents, congress and the supreme court. This president is one of the worst but he is not the only one. It is time that we, the people, stopped treating ANY office as superior to us.
That was on a Saturday :)
Oh..you mean like this respect for the office???

sheesh.ignore the “criticism” and do it again!
After the way the dims treated Geo. Bush, anything goes IMO.
Let’s be honest about something shall we?
First off, I do not use the word “president” when referring to Obama. I have far too much respect for the Office of the President to sully it by including his name in the same sentence.
You ask why and here are my reasons.
Mr. Obama has never convinced me that he has any respect for the office that he holds, for the troops that he “commands”, for our history, our traditions, for our laws, our people or our constitution.
Mr. Obama has not convinced me that he has any self respect at all so how on earth can anybody respect him?
The left verbally “raped” President Bush’s name for a continual 8 years. They don’t realize that to many, it was an act of war. The only thing they can expect in response is to be treated like the disease that they are.
Thanks. It should have been “On November 4, 2008”
Would you edit post number 5 to read,”On November 4, 2008?
I could’t make it either. Wanted to meet Jason Lewis. I really like him.
I e-mailed him once over a disagreement I had with him on a subject. Can’t recall the subject. Anyway he e-mailed back to me. A first for a national talkshow host. To me at least.
Treat everyone with respect until they prove themselves unworthy of it. He has done so repeatedly.
