I don't know how they got to Coulter and Beck, but I think they did. A lot of important Conservatives go mysteriously soft all of a sudden when it comes to Obama. I find it queer and disturbing.
But Trump is different. He's got a billion dollars. He's got fame and credibility. Everyone knows he's smart. He is not a sleaze. He's used to dealing with very tough guys in big city construction environments (You think Rahm Emmanuel is tough? Fuggedaboutit.) And Trump makes his living by using lawyers to create situations where he knows what he can do, what he can say, and still stay ahead of the other guy.
If anyone can fearlessly push the birth certificate issue, it's Trump. And if Trump folds on this, then I think Satan himself must be visiting these people.
MSM has been trying shut-up Trump since Trump started to mention the Obama BC without success. The WH is now publicly responding in various ways which is just elevating Trump.
“Look for it:” The Donald will continue to kick @ss on this issue, so far the ONLY major Republican voice clearly standing out on this issue. Why won’t the others get on board? But “neutered” by Ann Coulter? NOT!

The information in a COLB is, as a practical matter, meaningless.
The reason is that there are three (3) levels of information at least in the HI birth records, including original registraation info, the INDEX of data extracted, and the info requested and issued in a COLB.
There are multiple and myriad ways that the original registration information may have been filed. From a standard hospital birth affirmation, to legally allowed “late registrations” “registrations of foreign born children of Hawaii citizens” amendments and alterations of existing birth records, including to modify the existing record for ADOPTION which may include changing the fathers name on the original record. In consequence of many of these variations, the original records may be SEALED and not thereafter subject to review at all. Information on the COLB from the INDEX may not match in many instances the original registration information. Some original registrations do not require any third party verification but may be made on statement by a parent or other applying person, and if at all may be based on nothing other than a family bible entry.
But the most intriquing example of how a birth registration may have been made in Hawaii prior to 1972, is via a late birth registration (subject to later change or amendment) which at that time could be made solely at the discretion of the director of health on affidavit of a parent, possible without any other confirming information. See: Hawaii code of regulations Public Health Regulations Chapter 8 former section 14. “Delayed Birth Registration” (”..additional evidence MAY be required”).
Whatever statutory legal presumptions may apply to a COLB under Hawaii law the simple truth is that due to the wide variety of manner and circumstances of registration, past lax evidentiary standards, potential for amendment and alteration such as by adoption, potential sealing of original records..and a COLB based only on Indexed data reflecting the revisions and nothing else.
A significant factor in continuing doubt as to Obama’s progeny is the unusual circumstance of no physician or hospital taking credit or being unequivocally named by Obama as his birthplace.

I have no faith this will go anywhere. When the state of Hawaii changes it’s rules and says NOBODY can have a copy of their OWN birth certificate, the case is closed. Trump can hire all the investigators he wants but the only way it’ll work is if they pull a “Watergate” type break-in to the Bureau of Vital Statistics or whatever they call it in Hawaii. Then what’s he gonna’ do with what he does or does not find?
The leftist media and the rinos have won this. Haven’t you heard? The GOP’s favorite son, Romney, has settled it once and for all. His daddy was legal, therefore, obama is legal.
I’m afraid Trump is going to find out just how powerful this government is when it comes after one individual. Perot might ought to call him up and advise him to take his money and go away quietly.

Look at what Donald Trump has caused. Feeling the heat of the resurgence of interest in the possibility that he is ineligible while in office, the president is waging a two-prong attack. First he, MSM and the ruling political class (Democrats and Republicans) are going to discredit and shut-up Donald Trump.
Look for it. In the next couple of weeks, Trump will be effectively dealt with much like Ann Coutler was spayed and Glen Beck was neutered regarding the Birth Certificate subject. Likewise Mr. Trump will be afraid to even so much as mention the subject ever again and if he does it will only be to nod compliantly when asked if he thinks that Barry Hussein Soetoro is a legitimate president . And like Coulter and Beck (who must devour their own young )the Donald will attack anyone who legitimately asks for proof of Soetoro eligibility.
In the second phase of the president’s attack on Mr. Trump, he is trotting out his half sister, Maya Soetoro-Ng who, up to this point, has been in relative obscurity. The president must believe that he is in serious trouble. It’s quite evident that he’d rather not have the name Soetoro so prominent in this fight, as it might give people ideas.
What is most interesting is Ms. Soetoro-Ng is only regurgitating all of the “birth believers” talking points like, he’s already released information, Hawaii say’s the COLB is official, it’s ashamed, blah, blah, blah, blah.
She doesn’t bring anything new to the conversation. And at this point we don’t need another person talking about what they heard about the documents and who said that they exist, for God’s sake you’ all want to move on? Just show Americans the 2 million dollar birth certificate and we’ll move on to the next thing.
However Ms. Soetoro-Ng feels that everyone should just believe her half-brother and move on. Simple to say for you Maya, if Republican presidential candidate and white man, John McCain wasn’t made to produce his birth certificate long copy and show it to reporters maybe we could just move on, but now it wouldn't be fair.
If you recall McCain was accused of being ineligible to be president because McCain was born on a military installation in the country of Panama. I’m thinking if they made a White man who was candidate for president do it and didn’t made the black man who was a candidate for president do it that is total unfair discrimination against whites again.
No prosecution of the New Black Panthers because they are Attorney General Eric Holder’s “people” and no need for a Black man to show that he is constitutionally qualified to be president like the white man (John McCain) did. It is totally unfair that while running for president Sen. John McCain had to show his long form birth certificate and Sen. Barry Hussein Soetoro didn’t have to show his.
The fact that they are now willing to use Maya Soetoro-Ng as a distraction is an indication that president Soetoro has been wounded by Donald Trumps’ asking of a very fundamental question, which every little boy who signed up for little league this baseball season was asked,”Where is your Birth Certificate, we need to see your birth certificate.” Without showing a birth certificate little boys all around the country can’t play baseball. And that’s a fact, no matter how many little sisters come to vouch for you the rule of law is you need to show a birth certificate to participate in little league baseball.
And because there is a constitutional amendment which requires that only a “natural born citizen” can be the president of the United States Barry Hussein Soetoro must show proof that he is lawfully serving as the 44th president of the United States.
He owes that much to the American people. He owes that much to military political prisoner Lt. Col. Larkin who is locked up because this president would show that is is constitutionally eligible. The president owes the American people the assurance that he is legitimate.
Any little league baseball boy would did it, they already have! You’re up to bat Mr. Soetoro your sister, Ann Coulter and Glen Beck notwithstanding.
If it’s proved Obama isn’t a legitimate president any bets on the SCOUS will do anything about it?No they won’t it’s why the msm won’t chase the story.
