Well and truly said. My DH is a naturalized citizen and he feels the same way you do. He knows communism well, having escaped from a communist country in the 80s. He knew what Zero was about before the election. It's all about character, courage, convictions, principles -based on truth and the Constitution.

Yes REAL immigrants to the US love this country and appreciate what she stands for

I became an American citizen in 1975...

back then “the path to citizenship” was a process of providing documentation, learning American government and history, the Declaration of Independance, the Constitution, taking oral and written tests, and background checks...

Each applicant was vetted to make sure we would make a good citizen...

Citizenship was a cherished goal in those days...

it wasnt something handed out like candy in a lottery...
