Britain’s currently planning their “communities” what if some people have their own idea of how they should live and refuse to “fit in” for the greater good?

Neighbourhood plan pilots announced

The first 17 communities to test neighbourhood planning, a key feature of the Localism Bill, have been named by Decentralisation Minister Greg Clark.

"Social mobility" cuts both ways.

The state wants to push favored people up the ladder, and disfavored people down.

If you are not a minority and achieve more than the state believes you deserve, they will step in and slap you down a few dozen notches.
