THE SECRET'S OUT: U.S. rednecks come in many colors, they built America, and they keep America movin' strong! Are you one of America's hard working rednecks? Yellow, red, tan, white, black, or any other color? This album is for you, through work, fun, trials, tribulations, and heart warming moments. (1) Rednecks Built America -- let's hear it for U.S. rednecks of all colors! (2) Truck Drivin' Man -- doin' the best he can 24/7. (3) Illinois Cowboy -- crazy biker, leader of a 1000 bike convoy. (4) Oh, The Smoke -- smoky biker bar, where we love our baby! (5) Fluorescent Blue Moon -- the hazards of romance under an electric sky. (6) Hillbilly Music -- goin' where the good music is. (7) Catfish -- a dog is a man's best friend when his yeehaw honey knocks him flat. (8) I'm Not Your Horse -- farming's hard, but can we agree, don't ride me? (9) New Years Day -- our hero and his little honey on a Florida bay, and it's lookin' good. (10) The Little Boy -- handicapped boy gives a gift he didn't have himself.

No matter what our new technologically advanced feminized/metrosexual society would like to think. Real MEN are still required to make the world go around. Some may refer to them as “rednecks”.

Concept is correct- I’ll have to download a song or two to evaluate.

Country folks have always pulled their load, problem is we’re a thin demographic now. There is still a lot of vestigial sentiment in the DNA of working people everywhere, though.

City people have different skill sets, not completely unuseful.... but country folks do more with less and tend to have much more of the total survival package ingrained.

Yep I like country. But I thought it was the CEOs and banksters that keep America moving strong. They get the big money. The CEOs may run the companies but they still get gold plated iron clad contracts (like union workers) with the owners so that they are fire-proof and still get millions even if they screw up. And the banksters we know they make millions even when they screw up because we were forced to bail them out.

The conundrum, of course, is that all this moolah doesn’t just pop into existence out of thin air. Someone had to be taxed — in fact overtaxed — to make it possible.

Horse crap. My best friend and former customer was a multi-millionaire CEO that put his retirement property into the company when it needed it, and then the economy died.

His timing sucked. He lost everything.

KMA on the CEOs bovine excrement.

Some might. My friend bet and lost everything, working for himself and all the people that worked at the company.

Because of a downturn in the economy. Not prediciable, No way to avoid it.

Turn your hate elsewhere.

As soon as the alternate realities of urban society run into snags it takes Redneck wisdom and skill to straighten things out.

I've known city people who made big bucks but literally couldn't change a burnt out light bulb.

OK, well that's ONE example. What about the thousands of other incompetent and overpaid CEOs?

Sorry about your friend. Was it his company or a sub chapter S or was it a large publicly held company?

Most of the overpaid CEOs of big public corporations that I was speaking of aren't entrepreneurs. They are mere overpaid managers that demand employment contracts to protect their security and self serving interests. Their contracts are far more iron-clad than the contracts of those at the bottom whose jobs are to do tasks well not determine strategic direction. The CEOs get paid millions but can't be fired for cause or incompetence. The fact that these CEOs are not "at will" employees is an outrage to shareholders? These CEOs are like politicians in that they generally spend other people's money (shareholders), not their own.

Don't forget the banksters too such as Lloyd Blankfein at Goldman who should have been bankrupt instead of bailed out and placed on taxpayer dole. It is because both the Democrats and many Repubs are owned by Wall St.

The USA is now polluted with corruption and incompetence because of crony capitalism. This has led to many of our problems and our decline and wasted taxpayer money. The red necks didn't cause most of our problems. The root of the problem lies with slick deal making dudes in business suits, many of whom have no particular allegiance to the USA , and who are permitted to anonymously bribe or threaten our politicians.

The Dems and elitists claim rednecks are stupid. WHen the crap hits the fan, the rednecks will be the ones who survive. I am a redneck GA boy, retired Air Force, and called by a by a professor after reading my job hire portfolio if I could come in to meet him. When I got therer, he said “I just wanted to meet someone like you, is there anything you cannot do?” I said “No. With a knife, a bottle of liquor, some rags and 1/4” irrigation tubing and plastic fittings, I could perform emergency surgery if I had to.” He said “I believe it.”
