As a side note, A bill to sell copies of President Barack Obama’s birth records to anyone for $100 died in the Hawaii Legislature. I suppose there was no such document to sell.
The Mike Evans Hollywood Insider radio interview sounds like he had the solid facts about the birth documents and how they could not be found:

Death Certificates are public records as are Birth Certificates for the deceased.
Anyone seen these for Obama’s mother or grandmother??

“I got a letter from someone the other day who was genuinely concerned about it; it is not all just political agenda. They were talking on Olelo last night about this; it has a political implication for 2012 that we simply cannot have.
(Abercrombie said there is a recording of the birth in the State Archives and he wants to use that.)
It was actually written I am told, this is what our investigation is showing, it actually exists in the archives, written down ...
...What I can do, and all I have ever said, is that I am going to see to it as governor that I can verify to anyone who is honest about it that this is the case.
If there is a political agenda then there is nothing I can do about that, nor can the president.”
Sounds like he is ready to say that anybody who disbelieves what they’ve got - which is something “written down” in the State Archives - has a political agenda or is not being “honest” about it. IOW, he knows that what they have is not going to convince doubters.
That is not what a person would say if they knew there was a legally-valid long-form sitting in their Vital Records Office with all the embedded logs showing it as legitimate.
The more I think about the Evans original statements re Abercrombie not finding any.thing in Hawaii, the more it parallels my own son’s situation.
My son has never lived, since age 2, in any other state than CA. He could present himself as a California-born American, I suppose. However, if one were to check the files in the only county he’s ever lived, LA County, there is no record of his birth. Nor is there a record of his birth in any other state.
My son was born to one American citizen and one foreign national, in another country. The biggest difference (besides the actual married status of his parents, lol) between my son and Obama is that I was old enough to confer American citizenship upon my son immediately, which I did at the embassy there.
He thereby received a unique American birth certificate, the original document, that we were told was the only one he would ever receive his entire life. This is what happens if you give birth outside the country. There is no other birth certificate on file in the USA. All the foreign embassy has is some notation in the files. Nothing else.
The fact that per Evans there is nothing on file in Hawaii for Obama, combined with Obama never simply saying that he was born in Washington state (if he had been, he would never have needed all this obfuscation), does lead us to believe he was born outside the country, and his mother was too young to confer her American citizenship upon him.
We’ve all been scammed. He’s not natural born, and he knows it.
