Because if he is a fraud then everything he has signed into law or actions becomes fraudulent and illegal. It is a very important issue to determine if he was really qualified under the Constitution to be President. There would be no need for those fools in Washington to argue over the healthcare bill or anything the imposter has signed....EVERYTHING would have to be wiped out. As for Trump....I think his participation is in effort to get rid of Obama so that Hillary can run. I think that is the game being played.
Considering we have never been down that road, we really don't know what the result would be, however, at least Constitutionally, any bills he signed could stand as 'non-signed'. According to Article 1, Section 7 of the Constitution, a bill that is not signed by the President after 10 days automatically becomes law without the President's signature.
To determine if obama was qualified to serve as President , ask your self one question?
Was both of his parents American citizens at thae time of his birth?
If your answer is NO , then obama is not the President of the United States.
It is the duty of Congress to remove him from office.
The correct method of removing obama from office is to VOID his election.
Everthing that obama was connected with would be voided.
This includes his selection of biden as vice-president.
I know this is oft repeated, but I don't think it's true. I believe that everything he has done would stand just as if he were legit.
The real problem is that most of official Washington would probably be guilty of at least misprision of a felony. Democrats and many MSMers would probably be guilty of Conspiracy and RICO violation. All these people know it.
Having Trump or Palin pardon everyone simply wouldn't cut it.
