My husband (Brit) has braces for the first time in his life. After he gets them off....he’ll have his teeth bleached. He’s THRILLED. The dentists in the UK (especially in the 50’s 60’s) were sadists...and I’m putting that lightly. Got a hole in your tooth? They yank it out.
Can’t blame lack of dentist on smoking or tea.
