I’ll tell you this much- I bill insurance companies for a living. After that monstrosity was signed into law, the insurance companies got vengeful against their subscribers. On major company which starts with a “C” and ends with an “A” changed their habits overnight. It’s been a nightmare to even get a denial of claims in writing now, whereas they used to pay top dollar for services quickly.
