Isn’t the point that he has used more than ONE ss# enough to cause an investigation? I mean THAT seems to be fact. He has used 2 just since he became political?

Ludwig’s number is not the same as BO’s.
Ludwig did NOT have two SS#’s, so far as I can tell. He did have two “death records” in online indices: One in the California Death Index, because he apparently DIED in CA. Another in the Social Security Death Index, because that’s how they record deaths and stop benefits.
The confusion came because people assumed (myself included, in the past, until I just now learned differently from Brown Deer) that the location in the SSDI is the location of death. It’s not.
They list the state where the SS# was issued and they then list the LAST ADDRESS known for that SS beneficiary. So apparently, Ludwig lived in Hawaii or his checks were sent there, but for some reason he died in CA. Maybe he was in a hospital there, for treatment, or maybe his family brought him to live with them there, before his death.
BO’s SS# was partially given on a record turned up by a private investigator. The last four digits weren’t shown. But it did show that the number he used then WAS issued in CT, where BO never lived, so far as we know. HOWEVER, the number wasn’t ISSUED in 1890. We now know that because Thomas Wood’s SS# was issued in 1977.
The same database record that showed the partial CT SS# for BO said that BO, at the time, was 119 years old, born in 1890. So people assumed that whoever really “owned” that number was born in 1890 and would, at that time, be 119 years old. But he probably wasn’t. Was probably already deceased.
At some point, people who know photo software, claimed to have undone the electronic redaction of BO’s record, revealing the last four digits, which were 4425 (they claim). So BO’s number is the next after Thomas Wood.
It’s entirely possible that whomever that number belongs to did receive it in 1977, at the age of 87. Older people who never before had SS#s, got them in order to receive other government benefits. Nursing homes often helped them to get the SS#s, if they needed them. Nobody, so far as I know, has EVER found the NAME of the person who had that number before Obama, if anyone ever did.
It’s possible that the number was given to BO, in 1977. Except he OUGHT TO HAVE a SS# already, because he claimed to have worked at Baskin-Robbins in Hawaii. So unless he worked there illegally, he had a SS# already. And he shouldn’t have a SS# issued in CT, because his bogus autobiography NEVER states any residence in CT, even by relatives. There’s no logical reason, if you accept his fake biography, for him to have received his first SS card in CT.
