I’ve no idea how to lay eyes on a Form 5. As for 999 SS#s, I think I read somewhere recently that the 999-prefix numbers are assigned to refugees. Can’t swear to it - will have to do some digging later.

My own belief is that he entered Occidental, and probably also Columbia, as a foreign student. As for Harvard law, I strongly suspect he was placed there by the collective planning and “suggestion” of such as Ayers, Wright, Farrakhan, Chicago “friends” of Frank Marshall Davis, and others. The Dunhams had as yet unidentified associates in Chicago. It’s possible they had connections to Davis via Chicago, from before Davis fled Chicago for the communist-friendly Hawaii. I suspect Davis in Chicago was likely associated with Ayers’ father, with Valerie Jarrett’s father-in-law [a communist journalist], and with Axelrod’s communist parents [ also in journalism]. The ties are old, and thick as tar. I also think those Chicago ties were the impetus for Barry’s transfer to Columbia, and that Ayers - who was in New York at [IIRC] the New School, and lived something like 4 blocks from Obie - was his mentor/handler.

I read the same info on 999#’s. I did some research quickly and it backed that statement up. The Universities used 999 for foreign students as an ID. SSA has never issued a number above 799. They say have plenty of numbers left to still issue without repeat.
