You might be interested to see that I caught the New York Times in some more sleight of hand. Today they reported on two New York state legislators who turned themselves in without mentioning that they were Democrats!

He has a long string of “1 of’s” and not much else. Seems intelligent and articulate enough, but still pimpin’ dat blog.
As gunner has said, we would prefer no unnecessary excerpting, and it would be polite to stick around and discuss one’s topic.
Asking bloggers to do these simple things and having them comply voluntarily is the goal of the Pimpbusters, not ZOTs.

How do we know this?
Well, when the first thread has as the title “New York Times Does it Again” and the second one says “The New York Times Does it Again”, it’s kinda obvious that he had to add the word ‘the’ to the title before posting it again.
[That he posted it in news activism makes it even worse.]

This is progress though from days gone by...at least they are zotting the repeat offenders pretty quickly now. I think there is wide agreement that there would be much less of a copyright problem here at FR if there were no blog pimps.
But Seth will no doubt be back again soon under a different name.
